Land Development
Whether urban design, community planning, site design, surveying, or landscape architecture, Datsun Engineering offers many land development services. Datsun has experience planning subdivisions, industrial parks, and recreation parks, giving careful consideration to water resources and drainage, as well as landscape design and traffic impact. Datsun Engineering can do repairs and rehabilitation to existing landscape sites, but can also aid business and community planners in selecting a location with a low environmental impact and assist in obtaining legal permits.
Landscape Architecture
Working with Highrail Complex, we developed a industrial park design, complete with parking lot functionality and provided a plan for storm water run-off management.
Dogwood State Park required Datsun to renovate their campgrounds and facilities, adding additional hiking trails to the park and planning out additional cabins.

Datsun prepared a detailed construction plan for the new subdivision across from the Windy Oaks Library

Edgewood will have 212 units, a community pool of 40 feet, a playground, community center, basketball court and will be adding a round-about to Route 41 where the Gord Street and Otech Road light currently sits. Datsun provided surveying for the traffic plan and helped design a more efficient water and sewage design, in addition to erosion prevention, drainage management, and permitting activities.
