Milk • Cheese • Yogurt approached Datsun Engineering for help in preventing sediment run-off pollution from pastures in their area from reaching the Susquehanna River. Working with BlueStone Farms and the Susquie Water Conservation Program, Datsun assisted in the planning and building of natural barriers.

Feature Project: Daleston City Government

Datsun Engineering developed a storm drain system in conjunction with the planning for the new Daleston Elementary School. Concerns from residents over flooding at the bottom of Drake Street due to the paved parking lots that will be added to the school grounds, brought the city government to Datsun. The land purchased for the school sits atop a hill just above the Owl Woods community, separated by Drake Street. Together Datuns Engineering and the Daleston City Government worked to develop a storm water drainage system, add erosion barriers between the hill and the street, and alleviate public concerns.
